What is Duspatalin Retard and what are the indications
Duspatalin Retard is an antiespasmodic drug, indicated
for bowel functional disorders, such as
Irritable bowel syndrome, with abdominal pain, gastrointestinal
transit disturbances – diarrhoea or constipation – and
flatulence.
Irritable bowel syndrome related with organic lesions
of the gastrointestinal tract such as: diverticulitis
and diverticulosis of the bowel, gallbladder diseases,
gastric and duodenal ulcers, diarrhoea and specific
and no specific inflammations of the digestive tract.
When do not use Duspatalin Retard
Any contraindication is known. Since it do not have
atropinic efects, can be used by patients with glaucoma
and prostatic hypertrophy.
What are the precautions to be considerd.
This product must be used with caution in subjets with
hepatic, renal or cardiac damage.
Rarely, can occur dizziness so caution is recommended
when driving or operating machinery.
Pregnacy and lactation
Even considering that experiments in rats and rabbitts
show absence or fetal malformations do not use this
product in pregnancy and lactation.

How to take Duspatalin Retard
One capsule, twice a day, at the morning and evening.
The capsules must to swallowed with water without
chewing it.
What are the possible side effects
Whith usual dosage and any side effect was reported.
With high dosis can occur dizziness.
